Shipping Policy – Carvernology

At Carvernology, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, delivery estimates, and international shipping policies.


Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day.

Orders that include custom printed products may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.

Please note that during peak sales periods (such as Black Friday, holiday promotions, or Christmas), dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–6 business days after dispatch

  • Regional or remote areas may take up to 15 business days

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

Express Shipping

(Carrier: Australia Post Express)

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

Click & Collect

In-store pickup may be available depending on store location and stock availability.

  • Collection fee: Free

  • Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Import Taxes & Customs Duties

For international orders shipped outside Australia, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Must be paid when the shipment arrives in your country.

Carvernology is not responsible for any customs charges or import fees.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country's import laws, regulations, and restrictions before placing an order.

If a shipment is seized, destroyed, or returned by customs, Carvernology cannot provide refunds for the product or original shipping costs.

If a customer wishes to have the order reshipped, they will be responsible for paying the new shipping cost.


Shipping Liability

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, Carvernology is not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed shipments

  • Packages damaged during transit

  • Misplaced shipments caused by the carrier

If tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, Carvernology cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge claims for lost or damaged packages.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details when placing an order.

Carvernology is not liable for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete shipping details

  • Carrier delivery errors
